Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@lovalyn.com. You will then receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note: returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within approximately 3–5 business days.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned more than 30 days after receipt
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items without tags and accessories
⚠️ Hygiene products: For hygiene reasons, hygiene items cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal or packaging has been opened. This includes shapewear, underwear, and other products that come into direct contact with the skin. We recommend only opening the packaging once you are sure you want to keep the product.
Exchange Policy
We understand that products may sometimes arrive defective or damaged. In such cases, we offer an exchange for the same product. If you discover a defect in your order, please contact us at support@lovalyn.com with photos and/or a video of the incorrect or damaged product. We will guide you through the exchange process and arrange a free replacement.
Please note: exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged products. Returns or exchanges based on subjective reasons (e.g., color, size, or material) are not possible — with the exception of hygiene products, which for hygiene reasons cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.
Refund
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment. The processing time is usually 5 business days. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company — there may be some processing time before the refund is officially visible. If you still haven't received it, please contact us.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except when the item arrived damaged during transit. In that case, we will reimburse the return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee, provided the item is returned in new condition with all accessories in their original state.
