Welcome to Lovalyn. By visiting our website and/or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Lovalyn and to every agreement concluded between Lovalyn and you as a customer.

2. Offer and Orders
- All our products are described and depicted as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in color or shape are possible due to screen display.
- An agreement is concluded when your order has been confirmed by us via email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in case of suspected fraud or an error in the price indication.
3. Prices and Payment
- All stated prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping costs are stated separately during the ordering process.
- Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (e.g., iDEAL, credit card, PayPal).
- Your order will only be processed after receipt of full payment.
4. Delivery
- We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. See our Shipping page for current delivery times.
- Delivery times are indicative and not a strict deadline. Delays do not give the right to compensation.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
- As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons, with the exception of certain products (see below).
- Hygiene articles (including shapewear and underwear) are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal or packaging has been opened, due to hygiene and health reasons.

6. Warranty and Complaints
- We guarantee the quality of our products in accordance with the legal warranty provisions.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within a reasonable time via support@lovalyn.com, preferably with photos or a video of the problem.
- Complaints will be answered within 14 days of receipt.
7. Liability
- Lovalyn is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of our products.
- Our liability is at all times limited to the amount of the relevant order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including texts, images, logos, and the Lovalyn brand — is the property of Lovalyn and may not be used or copied without written permission.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal data with care. Please consult our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect and use your data.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements between Lovalyn and the customer. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If you cannot reach an agreement, the competent court in the Netherlands will have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
Lovalyn reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version can always be found on this page.
